Are you looking for a long-term position with a view on earning an excellent rate of £10.52 per hour, with free parking, refresher training, and plenty of opportunities to work overtime We are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a key automotive supplier, conveniently located in the heart of Birmingham. You must possess CB (Counterbalance/ B1) certificate, along with EITHER a Reach or Bendi licence.This is a renowned manufacturer of car parts & engine solutions, building frames for a number of major automotive brands. This is a very fast paced environment, with many production peaks through the course of the year; as such, overtime is often available and expected of people. All applicants for this role MUST have at least 2 years experience as a FLT CB & Reach driver.In turn, the company will offer a starting rate of £9.50 per hour to all FLT CB and Reach driver, which will then become £10.52 per hr after 12 weeks.The company are looking to offer long-term positions within a dynamic, enviable automotive environment, with excellent amenities including a canteen and free public parking facilities.In order to be successful for this MHE Driver position, candidates must bring the following attributes:The ideal candidate will have the following:- 20% on the truck and 80% off the truck- In date FLT CB & Reach OR Flexi Licence- Good communication skills- Loading the material onto the machines- Team player- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines- Duties involve regular and repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting- Operating the MHE in sometimes very narrow gangwaysIf you feel that you hold relevant experience as an experience FLT CB & Reach Driver, dont hesitate - please click below to apply.
