Job Description

Remote Working (Training is two weeks in London office, expenses paid for hotel accommodation available)Great Bonus scheme and extensive benefitsFor this position we are looking for someone who comes from a strong retail background with an excellent deliverance on customer service, someone who will go out of their own way to really create a long-lasting impression on customers. In this position youwill use your knowledge, contacts, and research skills to assist with these interesting and often complex requests, ensuring we find creative solutions within specified timeframes, for our members to truly get the most from their lives. You will also use yourresearch and communication skills to effectively collaborative with colleagues both within your team and in other areas of the business, to ensure the best opportunities are shared by all.In this position no two days are ever the same, at any time you could easily be booking private transfers to the Monaco Grand Prix, buying a baby crib from Harrods, selecting a Birken handbag for a customer or even finding things to do in the Maldives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design requests by telephone and email in German and English of individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for customers.
  • Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing.
  • Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries.

  • Have the required authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong and proven track record in Europe leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries
  • Experience in Travel retail or Tour operator environment essential
  • Professional fluency (both written and spoken) in German and English. French and/or Italian proficiency is a big plus.
  • Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, assist where needed, maintain strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure.
  • Energetic and motivated team player who enjoys the challenges.
  • You have strong communication skills and love to provide excellent service and quality daily.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary will reflect experience, and performance bonus structure (£3,600 per annum)
  • Hybrid work in our London Offices (1 day a week if commutable distance from London) or fully remote working.
  • Annual Leave of 20 days per annum for the first year and increased to 25 days per annum from the second year onwards plus additional 3 extra days of annual leave in your third year.
  • Work and play! Qualify to work abroad for up to 30 days a year on top of your annual leave entitlement.
  • One (1) month paid Sabbatical after 5 years of Service, without tapping into annual leave.

Working patternThis position is a 40-hour work week with day / evening shifts. Shifts are either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday; between the hours of 8am - 9pm / with at least one late shift per week i.e. 12pm - 9pm)
