Job Description

Legionella Risk Assessor Team Leader Location: Birmingham£27,000 - £30,000 plus company car, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, overtime, pension and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days My clients are one of the UK’s longest established providers of compliance solutions in all aspects of water & air hygiene. They pride themselves on quality and provision and due to expansion they are looking for an experienced Risk Assessor to join their growing team.Reporting to the Compliance Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Audit 20% of each Surveyors Risk Assessments per month
  • Carry out 6 monthly audits on each team member for each Legionella discipline
  • Responsible for a team of 8
  • Conducting tool box talks
  • Delivery legionella awareness training to clients
  • Carry out Water Risk Assessments, temperature monitoring, service inspections and various other related water services where required i.e. tank cleans, TMV servicing, closed loop testing etc.
    • To apply you MUST have or hold:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally based in the West Midlands
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Risk Assessor with extensive knowledge of all guidelines
  • City & Guilds or WMSoc qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
