AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with one of the Big 4 consultancy practices as they are looking to hire a Legal Counsel into their delivery network.The delivery network offers clients a way to leverage the firms’ top talents and technology through regional teams of specialist. The Office of the General Counsel is a key part of the delivery network and is responsible for managing the organisations globallegal risks.The team are now looking to hire a legal counsel to work in conjunction with the General Counsel and internal stakeholders to manage the company secretarial and corporate governance program.The role will suit individuals with prior in-house and company secretarial experience who can work with minimal supervision and manage workloads spanning multiple jurisdictions and legislative frameworks.This role is primarily remote with travel to the London office expected once or twice a month.
