Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as a Legal Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Summary Clerking Public Law and Immigration diariesDuties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients
  • Diary management
  • Acting upon any incoming mail
  • Entering briefs/instructions on the computer system
  • Ensuring that the following days work is in order
  • Liaising with other clerks/solicitors/courts
  • Billing written work, conferences and hearings
  • Reviewing red flags on a fortnightly basis
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working as part of a team
Package and benefits
  • £19,691 p/a, rising to £21,236 in April 2023
  • 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 Years service
  • Company pension
