Job Description

TeacherActive Birmingham have an exciting opportunity on our Learning & Development Team! We are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant!Hours- 7.30am-5pm.In this role you will -

  • Identify challenges and plan to overcome them
  • Deliver effective induction programs, ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through discussions with managers
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training by taking an active interest in the field of L&D
  • Reporting weekly to the L&D Manager on the progress of Academy members
  • Research industry trends, training strategies & tools
  • Have a keen interest on online learning and training design
The experience and skills that are needed for this role:
  • Previous training experience and learning and development is preferred
  • E learning development experience is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Being organised and methodical
  • Confident in your own abilities
  • Excellent time management
  • Having an interest in how people learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
