They are now looking to add a dedicated and passionate Learner Engagement / Recruitment Specialist to their team.About the Role:As a Learner Engagement / Recruitment Specialist, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding young people towards apprenticeships and full-time programs. Responsibilities include:
  • Recruiting and supporting learners in securing apprenticeships and employment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with learners and employers.
  • Conducting consultations to understand learners goals and aspirations.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team for seamless learner engagement.
  • Monitoring and analysing learner engagement data for continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:Our client is seeking an individual with relevant experience in learner recruitment, admissions, or engagement. However, just as important as experience is that you have a real passion for education and supporting learners to achieve their goals.You will also meet the following:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Preferably, experience working with young people or within a training environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
