Committed to nurturing an inclusive and collaborative environment, where their values are central to the agency and everyone has their voice heard.Sound like the type of thing you want to do and type of agency youd like to work forDescriptionAs the Lead UX/CRO Designer for this Birmingham based agency, you will be expected to ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas and can expect to:* Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders and customers* Audit digital experiences across the physical and digital* Identify business opportunities and understand customer needs* Translate findings into customer journey maps and playback to stakeholders* Concept and develop wireframes right through to high fidelity prototypes* Test with users, validate, and iterate (at speed) based on feedback* Define and build design standards, systems, and processes* Ensure quality assurance across developmentExperienceTo be considered for the role of Lead UX/CRO Designer, you must have expert knowledge in:* Discovery and research* Strategy and planning* Service and experience design* Branding and visual design* Testing and validation* CRO and UXYoull also need to be able to demonstrate through your career, that you have:* Evidence of working across mobile apps (iOS / Android, and React Native)* Examples of enterprise service applications and SaaS products* Worked within collaborative design systems (theory and practical application) across multidisciplinary teams (PO, BA, FEDs, stakeholders, and other PDs)* A keen attention to detail and ability to work at a pace* A passion for inclusive and accessible design* Experience using FigmaAnd if you have any experience in the below, then even better:* Previous experience mentoring other designers* A skill or two with either motion, 3D, or development* Experience with brand eco-systems* Experience using AxureRemunerationThis role is working remotely at present, but with some weekly travel required in the future, to the Birmingham office.
