Job Description

Sales Lead Generator - EPOS solutionsBasic salary £25,000 - £27,000 + uncapped commission + benefitsHybrid part office, part home based.My client is an established EPOS solutions business selling software solutions into hospitality and retail organisations throughout the UK. They are looking for a sales lead generator to sell to both new and existing clients, speaking with customers over thephone to book online demonstrations for business development and account managers to carry out. Were looking for someone with great phone based sales experience to join this growing team and support fantastic business growth!The Role:

  • Youll be self generating some leads for new business as well as contacting some existing customers to sell new modules to their existing software solution. Proactively making outbound calls spending a large part of your time on the phone.
  • Youll identify and clarify decision makers, carry out a fact find, identify needs and sell the solution or module and book an appointment for an online demonstration which will be done by a business development manager or account manager who will go onto close the sale after the demonstration.
  • Building a sales pipeline and maintaining details in the CRM system, youll work to targets based on demos booked and converted sales revenue.
  • Part of your time will be based in the office based near Wythall, Birmingham and some will be home based.
The Person:
  • Were looking for someone with outbound, phone based sales experience. This could either be appointment or demo booking or the full sales cycle as long as youre confident and have great communication skills.
  • B2B experience is preferred but B2C will be considered
  • Ideally you will have experience using a CRM system and be used to managing a sales pipeline
  • Youll be able to commute to the office location which initially will be a couple of times a week although this may become more home based as you gain more experience
  • Excellent questioning techniques and relationship building skills are essential to help you achieve targets.
The Package:
  • A basic salary between £25,000 and £27,000 is offered depending on experience
  • There is an uncapped OTE based on demonstrations booked and also revenue generated from your leads which should an an extra £4-6k on top
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
