Job Description

Are you an experienced professional with a background in data analytics and insight production Do you excel in stakeholder management and have a proven ability to guide customers towards actionable insights We are seeking a Lead Consultant (Analytics)to join a high performing analytics consulting team, driving impactful projects and delivering concise key messages.As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering insightful solutions. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, you will translate client needs into actionable strategiesthat drive business value.Key Duties:

  • Lead client engagement efforts, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and guide them towards informed decisions.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights that address client challenges.
  • Develop and deliver concise key messages that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive the development and implementation of data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills & Experience:The ideal candidate will be a results-data driven professional with a strong focus on client engagement and understanding client requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and articulating data led insight within to drive commercial or operational performance.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that address client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver key messages concisely and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A passion for driving meaningful change through data analytics and insight production.
  • Technically proficient using leading data, statistical and BI tools, including (but not limited to) Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL.
