Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are working with a beauty clinic in Birmingham who are looking for a Laser Hair Removal Tecnhician to join their team!Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their hair removal needs and determine eligibility for laser treatments
  • Develop personalised treatment plans based on clients hair and skin type, as well as their desired results
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments according to established protocols while ensuring client safety and comfort
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatments, progress, and any adverse reactions - Provide post-treatment care instructions and advice to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and equipment related to laser hair removal
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
  • Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks related to client appointments - Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
  • Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Inform clients about new services and discounts
  • Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy treatment area
Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 4 IPL & Laser
Schedule:
  • Zero hours contract
Salary:
  • Additional comission earnings to be earned
