And when we say "starting" we mean it - this client contacts us ahead of appraisals to make sure theyre staying ahead of the market. We know that someone we placed is on significantly more than when they started,as an example.Theres a healthy bonus too. Theyve paid out on this every year, including during Covid, and last December was worth 125% of your December pay packet. Thats a hefty four figure sum.Theres 26 days holiday but that goes up with service and you can also buy up to 10 extra days.Youre trusted with hybrid working. They close the office on Fridays so you get to work from home. And you can also choose to work from home on either a Monday or Thursday.Theyre nice too, which is an often-overlooked feature. Its a welcoming business with a proper work life balance (no pressure to stay late every night).Your job will focus on working alongside the senior paraplanning, writing reports and doing research.HERES WHAT YOULL NEED: Youll have experience writing reports for a financial planning firm.
