Excellent benefits, fantastic hybrid working policy, and progression opportunities available, paying up to £32,000.Client DetailsOur client is an esteemed public sector organisation based in Birmingham.DescriptionAs a Junior HR Business Partner, your role encompasses a multifaceted approach to employee relations and recruitment, centered in Birmingham with a competitive salary of up to £32,600 per annum on a permanent contract. You will take ownership of cases frominception to resolution, collaborating closely with line managers to provide expert advice within organizational frameworks. A key liaison between the business and the People Directorate, you will navigate employee relations intricacies, mediating solutions,and commissioning support from OD and L&D teams. In addition, you will contribute to internal investigations, assist in workforce planning, and actively engage in policy development, presenting proposals to staff councils and networks for feedback. On therecruitment front, you will liaise with client group managers, advising on job design, conducting evaluations, and overseeing the entire recruitment process-from drafting job adverts to assessing applications and facilitating assessment centers. Your responsibilitiesalso extend to offering interview coaching, managing HR applicant tracking systems, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to share insights.
