JavaScript Developer - Arts & Culture, Node.js, AWS - Remote (UK Based) - £45,000 to £50,000 - Ref: J578726We have a new opportunity for a mid-level JavaScript Developer to join a well-established Agency who specialise within the Arts & Culture sector. The JavaScript Developer will be joining the product team who are responsible for designing, developing, and supportinginnovative solutions that meet their clients needs.This is a backend focused role using Node.js on AWS where you will be actively involved in shaping the product roadmap for their international client base.Skills, knowledge and experience required:* You must have a solid, stable work history building backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript / JavaScript.* Experience of building solutions on AWS with a good understanding of features such as lambda, S3 and API Gateway. (Candidates with experience of other cloud platforms like Azure and GCP will also be considered)Nice to have "non-essential" skills, knowledge and experience* Experience of working in client led environments working to tight deadlines would be a plus* Some working knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Vue, React or Angular (They use Vue & Nuxt)* Experience of ticketing systems or an interest within the Arts & Culture sector would be a real plus.The role is remote first, but we do need the successful candidate to be based in the UK with full right to work.They do try and get together once a quarter for socials in Birmingham.
