Job Description

Your New Job Title: Japanese speaking Affiliate Marketing - Online GamingThe Skills Youll Need: Japanese, digital marketing, competitor analysis Your New Salary: £25,000-£30,000Location: Halesowen, BirminghamWho Youll Be Working for: The fast-paced and high growth online gaming companyWhat Youll Be Doing Each Day:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support product design and development
  • Establish market penetration strategy for the Japanese market
  • Managing and reviewing digital marketing activities across different channels throughout each working day
  • Developing interpersonal relationships with partners and networks, and using these relationships to help develop commercial success
  • Source, evaluate new advertising sources, and maintain a good relationship with existing partners
  • Continuously researching and sourcing new opportunities and partners & understand the local networks
  • Collaborating with the creative team to create Japanese marketing material
  • Working with the International Marketing team and head of digital to deploy and optimise campaigns through the channels
  • Developing retention strategy to optimise the commercial profits
    • The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Have previous experience in developing Asian market
  • Have previous experience within digital marketing
  • Have a degree in marketing (or similar) or equivalent qualification
  • Know how to grow a brand online through various marketing channels
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a natural "peopleperson", able to quickly and effectively develop business relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work appropriately and work independently
  • Be commercially minded, analytical & understand ROI and CPA models
