IT Support Engineer (Manufacturer / ERP Systems) £35000-£40000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Company BenefitsBirmingham, West Midlands (Commutable from: Smethwick, West Bromwich, Walsall, Wednesbury, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge)Are you an IT Support Engineer, with experience working for a Manufacturer, or on ERP Systems, looking to join an industry-leading company, where you will be the lead IT point of contact for roughly 100 staffExcellent opportunity to work hand-in-hand with Head Office and get onboard at a first-class manufacturing facility, where you will be solely responsible for their IT as well as driving their expansion through further technology projects.This well-established manufacturer continues to go from strength-to-strength and is rapidly expanding, making this a great time to get onboard with them. They have always maintained their great reputation for their long term staff progression, training andretention.On offer is a highly autonomous role, where you will play a central role in all IT Support, specifically focussing on support across their Epicor ERP system. Epicor software training can be provided.This role suits an IT Support Engineer, with experience working for a Manufacturer, or on ERP Systems.The Role

  • Lead IT point of contact for roughly 100 staff.
  • Working hand-in-hand with Head Office IT Team.
  • Sole responsibility for IT Support for this lead manufacturing site.
