Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Analyst (1st Line) Contract Details: Position: IT Support Analyst (First Line) Location: Birmingham Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum Overview: Join a thriving IT department in Birmingham as an IT Support Analyst (1st Line). This role is crucial for providing effective and timely support to various offices, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT services. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to support calls and deliver effective solutions. Log and escalate tickets, ensuring a timely resolution. Provide basic fixes over the phone and deskside support. Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies. Qualifications: Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, LAN/WiFi, mobile device imaging, ITSM tools, remote access, ITIL, and legal sector software awareness.
