Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies. Qualifications: Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, LAN/WiFi, mobile device imaging, ITSM tools, remote access, ITIL, and legal sector software awareness.
