Working within our internal IT Infrastructure team and you will be implementing and configuring new solutions, performingIT operational activities and be part of a rota providing 3rd line support. About the Role You will have a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, and work as part of a highly skilled internal IT infrastructure team. You will:

• Identify opportunities to continually improve our existing technologies at both a technical and usability level.
• Support and implement enterprise-level Infrastructure & SaaS solutions which utilise Azure AD and Microsoft 365 technologies
• Both lead and be part of project teams implementing new solutions.
• Provide 3rd line support to a highly technical user base across the UK and beyond.
• Undertake advanced IT operational tasks including patching and upgrading of critical infrastructure components.

About You You must have at least 3 years IT Support experience. Wed like you to bring:

We are looking for people who can demonstrate a solid background in infrastructure, with specialisation in one or more of the following areas:

• Advanced configuration and implementation of Office 365 including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Exchange
• Slack management, implementation and exploitation through workflows and other techniques
• Automation of common tasks using Powershell and other scripting technologies
• Management of cloud IaaS subscriptions in AWS or Azure
• Office equipment including AV equipment, printing, etc.
• Client device management solutions such as Intune and Jamf
• Security solutions including Crowdstrike, Jamf Protect and leading CASB or DLP solutions.
• Advanced troubleshooting of MacOS and Windows environments

About the Team The IT function consists of four teams including Infrastructure, Applications, Service Management and Security. We deliver IT services to all colleagues in BJSS in order that they can deliver professional services to clients.
