Job Description

Im currently working with a fantastic global FMCG company who are recruiting for an Invoice to Pay / Procure to Pay Regional Process Owner, who will work under the direction of the Global Process Owner to support the deployment of the S2C (Source to Contract)transformation agenda within the region.FULLY REMOTE, no travel neededASAP Start10 month contract£550 - 650 per day (umbrella) / £400-480 per day (PAYE)Responsibilities:

  • Drive the deployment of the global S2C strategy within the region, understanding and translating any local/ regional requirements to shape how the strategy gets adopted
  • Influence regional leaders (e.g., CFOs, Procurement Leaders) to drive adoption and compliance to change across the business
  • Support the GPO in understanding external leading practices / benchmarks and help develop the process transformation roadmap for the region
  • Drive the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the region
  • Represent the GPO organization and region on all S2C process standardization projects/initiatives - identifying where customizations would be required
Background required:
  • 5+ years of Purchase to Pay and process optimization experience
  • Sourcing & Contracting experience & expertise
  • Has already worked & feels comfortable to work in a multinational environment, multicultural & matrix organization and the person will have to work with colleagues based in China, Europe, Latin America and North America
  • Great at influencing without direct report
  • Stakeholder engagement / management
  • Project management is key
