Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Investment & Contracts Manager to lead on our clients investment programmes, stock condition surveys, and service contracts. The role is based in Central Birmingham and is a full-time, permanent position.

  • Salary of £51,342 per annum, plus £1,680 car allowance
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Central Birmingham location
The Role:As the Investment & Contracts Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the implementation of the Asset Management Strategy
  • Manage the delivery of high quality and cost-effective strategies for the property portfolio
  • Deliver programmes of planned maintenance and performance monitoring
  • Manage significant budgets and develop long-term financial investment forecasts and cost modelling
  • Deliver stock condition programmes and evaluate data to make investment decisions
  • Procure and performance manage contractors to deliver service contracts
The Candidate:The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience in delivering planned maintenance programmes and performance monitoring
  • Have a proven track record in managing significant budgets and developing long-term financial investment forecasts
  • Have knowledge of building/construction and safety legislation, standards, and best practice
  • Have a proven track record of procuring and performance managing contractors
  • Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject and membership of a professional body e.g. CIOB, RICS
The Package:
