Job Description

Investment AdministratorReference: BCR/KM/9942Location: BirminghamSalary: £22,000 - £28,000Bell Cornwall recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Administrator to join a leading Financial Services company based in Birmingham City Centre. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about investmentsand would like to develop their career further!Responsibilities

  • Overall support to Investment Managers
  • Diary management and booking meetings
  • Updating of internal systems
  • Oversee management of client annual reviews and portfolio reviews
  • Assist with portfolio reports
  • Client on boarding
  • Preparation of platform withdrawals/ fund switches / transactions
  • Preparing client meeting packs for advisers
Ideal candidate
  • Experience within Financial Services / Investments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Passionate about investments and offering exceptional support
  • Able to work well in a high pressure environment
