We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time (2 days per week) Intervention Teacher to join our team at a faith school in Edgbaston. This part-time position is specifically for Year 5 and 6 students, focusing on providing targeted support and intervention to enhance their learning experience.Responsibilities:- Conducting small-group intervention sessions to support students in Year 5 and 6.- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to address individual learning needs.- Collaborating with classroom teachers to align intervention strategies with the curriculum.- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adjusting interventions accordingly.- Providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues regarding intervention outcomes.- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any additional notes.- Collaborating with the schools leadership team to contribute to the overall educational objectives.Qualifications and Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.- Experience working with primary school students, preferably in Year 5 and 6.- Knowledge of effective intervention strategies and differentiated instruction.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the schools faith-based environment.- Flexibility to adjust working days based on the schools needs.We also offer you a £250 referral bonus for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are currently recruiting for.If you are interested in the role and want to discuss further then please apply now and Nyah Somerfield , Birmingham Candidate Recruiter will be in touch within 48 Hours of your application.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
