Role: -Interim Operations Manager (Chemical/ATEX) Location: -BirminghamSalary:-Competitive day rateType: -Outside of IR35 contract for a minimum of 6 monthsWorking Hours: -Monday - Friday (08.00-4.30pm) My client is looking for an headstrong individual with a strong operational background. Due to the nature of the company, this individual may come from a Chemical, Heavy Engineering or ATEX/Safety background.The purpose of the role is to help with site shutdown and the individual must have had exposure to health and safety, quality, and processes.The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, with the chance of extension. The Role• Shutdown and movement of site • Managing of small team• Dealing with Quality processes • Being involved with Health and Safety on site The Person• Previous experience working within a Chemical, Engineering or ATEX/Safety environment.• Experience of being involved in a site shut down would be helpful.• Must have strong emotional intelligence • Previous management experience • Calm composure • Previous experience within H&S, Quality and Processes.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
