Job Description

Our client, a leading and large Private Equity owned business with a national footprint is looking for an Interim Financial Modeller to develop financial models for strategy forecasting including what if scenarios and sensitivity analysis.Location: Birmingham (hybrid working)Contract length: 6 monthsContract hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £500 - £600 per day (outside IR35)Key Responsibilities of the Interim Financial Modeller

  • Developing/Implementing/Maintaining an activity-based costing model
  • Data Analytics on large amounts of data, often imperfect and from multiple sources with limited systems/software
  • Adding insight, using initiative and judgement to try new things, create new processes and help shape the direction of activity
  • Ability to translate the data and the insights out to the business.
Key Essentials of the Interim Financial Modeller
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong communicator with outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
