Job Description

Panoramic Associates is currently supporting a Housing Company who are based in London and Birmingham with the recruitment of an interim Compliance Manager. As part of your role, you will be reporting to the Head of Operations to successfully manage the compliance work streams namely: gas, electrical, lifts, fire safety, water hygiene and asbestos.Other responsibilities:

  • Develop a quality assurance programme to ensure work is carried out to industry standard
  • Producing a comprehensive compliance database to record and mitigate any potential future risks
  • Implement effective arrangements for annual gas servicing to ensure 100% compliance
  • Reporting any suspected security breaches in line with GPH policies
    • It would be advantageous if you have worked within all aspects of the complaince work streams namely: gas, electrical, lifts, fire safety, water hygiene and asbestos. You must have a NEBOSH qualification and have experience working within a social housing setting.Next Steps:The role will be for an initial 3-6 months with a likely extension, my client will be looking to conduct virtual interviews week commencing 13th July.
