Badenoch and Clark are recruiting for a well known Advisory firm in Birmingham who looking to grow the Insolvency team.This role reports into a partner of the firm and working within the Insolvency team.Your main duties will be:- To assist with the administration of insolvency cases, consisting of ADMs, CVLs, CPLs, CVAs, IVAs and BKYs, in accordance with specific timescales.- To produce excellent quality reports and letters- Undertake and complete all statutory tasks and formalities within the set deadlines - Maximising asset realisations and ensuring recoveries are pursued in a pro-active and cost-effective way.- Updating check lists on a weekly basis by monitoring and maintaining- To be solely responsible to making sure that any tasks provided to you by more senior staff are completed in a timely and professional manner.- Prepare books and record inventories and taking accountability for the safeguard and removal of such companies premises.- Monitoring of fees to ensure they drawn up frequently and in accordance with resolutions passed by creditors.To be successful with this application you must be/have:- ACCA/ACA - will consider part qualified- Experience working in an Insolvency role - Understanding of PE and IPS- You must be driven and self motivated - Excellent communication skills both written and verbalBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
