Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Account ManagerLocation: Birmingham (Hybrid)Salary: £25,000 + OTEJoin a dynamic and forward-thinking IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to play a key rolein expanding a client base and driving revenue growth.As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective clients, understanding their IT needs, and positioning our comprehensive range of managed services. The ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-focusedindividual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in inside sales, preferably within the IT industry.Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of non-complex quotes providing the client with the product set that meets their requirement
  • Processing all non-complex orders through the CRM system
  • Upsell on opportunities where applicable to increase overall revenue and gross profit
  • Identify new opportunities and liaise with the relevant Account Managers
  • Build on existing relationships providing clients with an additional layer of support
  • Handle and resolve customer queries
  • Support Account Managers in managing back orders identifying switch sell opportunities and providing clients with updates on lapsed ETAs
  • Identify opportunities where we can apply for price support and special bids
  • Prepare and submit price support and special bids requests through the appropriate channels
  • Provide a high level of customer service to drive a better customer experience and client retention
  • Update CRM system accordingly providing transparency to the Account Manager of all sales activity
  • Assist and support Account Managers in achieving monthly targets
  • Conduct one to ones with the Account Managers to provide updates and discuss outstanding queries and opportunities
  • Provide full cover during any Account Manager absence, holiday or client facing meetings
