Immedite Starts Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for inbound call administrators who are looking for a new permanent position. This job requires hybrid working - 3 days from home and 2 days in the office (Bromford or Dudley depending on your location)We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, good IT/admistration skills and a good telephone mannerThe ideal candidate wil have:Good Administrative experience used to dealing with inbound callsGood organisation skillsExcellent communication skillsFamiliar with calls/emails/webchats Strong IT skillsThese are permanant positions with an immediate start!Hours - Monday to Friday working between 8am and 6pm and involves 3 days working from home and 2 days in the officeCandidates will be provided with a phone, laptop, mouse etc but will need to have a good wifi connection at homeSalary - £20728 to start rising as each training stage is passed - company provide a reward scheme (where you can earn upto an extra £300 per month), and a bonus scheme (earning upto £160 per month), company also has a free vending machine and lots of otherincentivesPlease give me a call on or send your CV to
