Job Description

Identity Access Management (IAM) AdministratorSalary: £20k - £25kLocation: Birmingham - with travel but remote otherwise (work from home)You will join a brand new Identity Access Management team that are driving the IAM service for a high profile client utilizing Sailpoint.Your role:

  • You will help support the reporting of the Identity Access Management (IAM) Platform
  • Support with all operational activities
  • Monitor the Identity Access Management (IAM) ticket queue
  • General administration and other IT administration duties within the Identity Access Management (IAM) team
    • Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms e.g. CyberArk, Okta, Sailpoint
  • Knowledge of user provisioning
  • Knowledge of privileged access management
  • Willingness to learn script writing
    • Desirable Skills:
  • Agile working
  • O365 and active directory and Azure knowledge
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint
