HVAC Engineer - West Midlands

About the Role

Maintenance of a wide variety of Air Conditioning Systems including Splits, Multi-Splits, VRVs, VRFs, Chillers, etc.
Maintenance of a wide variety of Commercial Heating Systems and associated plant and pipework.
Electrical Maintenance - Power, Lighting, Sockets, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Distributions Boards, etc.
A mixture of PPM and Reactive works will include a Call Out facility for emergency repairs and weekend working for "out of hours tasks" such as Filter Changes, FCU changes, etc.
Servicing and callout requirements

About the Candidate

Must hold a recognised qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration as well as a valid F-Gas certification.
Demonstrable experience with Heat Pumps & DX Chillers
Experienced background across multiple disciplines including Electrical components.
Hold a valid UK driving license and based within London/ Home Counties and willing to travel.
Must be ACS commercial gas qualified
Must have a knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering
Knowledge of air conditioning would be advantageous
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Must have a good general background of working in the industry
