Job Description

Interim HR Policy Coach/ Trainerc. £34,000 + CarFixed Term Contract until December 31st, 2022.Based either, London, Midlands, North Midlands, West Midlands, East Midlands, South East of England, South West of England, WalesAll Departments:Human ResourcesSalary Details:£33,990 per annum (pro-rata), plus car allowanceHRCareers and Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) are recruiting an HR Policy Coach, for their national expanding healthcare client.You will be an innovative HR Policy coach with a background in creative design and delivery, engaging in HR Policy and Procedure training.

  • You will be designing and delivering HR Policy Training to all nominated Managers, to enable them to manage all people-related queries and issues competently and confidently. The sessions currently being delivered are half a day, face-to-face sessions,and 60-90min virtual sessions over Teams.
  • The HR Policy Coach will schedule training sessions, monitor bookings, and take necessary actions to ensure sessions have a suitable number of attendees and track attendance rates.
  • The HR Policy Coach will monitor assessment/evaluation scores, gather feedback from attendees, Area Director, and HR colleagues and amend training materials as needed, and provide regular reporting to Area Directors and the HR Business Partners.
  • This is a national role and will involve travel across a defined geographical area, including the South East and South West of England, Midlands and Wales, to deliver face-to-face training, a driving license is essential.
