Are you a Data Analyst with experience in reporting HR dataAre you looking for your next role, to work as part of a fantastic organisation and be a pivotal part of the businessJob Title: HR Data and Systems Analyst Location: Birmingham Contract: 12 months fixed term contact Hours: 35 hours per week Hybrid: Working 1-2 days a week in the office and 3-4 days at homeThe role:As a HR Data & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate data, analysing it and producing insightful reports to identify key trends and areas for improvement, helping with decision making and monitor the effectiveness ofour people strategy. Working in the HR Services team, you will focus on data and reporting. Youll be working with the organisation to understand reporting requirements, build the reports and present them back in a way that is relevant to stakeholders and aids decision making. You will be creating new reports to help deliver greater insights or support specific projects as well as generating routine reports to support operations and identify areas for improvement. Managing the integrity of the data in the system will also be a core part of your role to make sure the reports are accurate as well as timely. You will be maintaining accurate organisational structures, monitoring data quality and completion rates and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.What we are looking for: ·Previous experience of working with HR People / HRIS / Payroll systems as a Data Analyst. ·Knowledge and experience in creating HR metrics- ableto define, calculate and clearly explain a wide variety of HR-oriented metrics e.g. headcount, attrition, pay and benefits, absence, employee engagement and ED&I. ·Inquisitive with the ability to extract, manipulate and identify data. ·Able to gather reporting requirements, produce and present key metrics and reports that are engaging and clear. ·Familiar with auditing and reconciling data across systems. ·Advanced user of business systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. ·Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. ·Capable customer service skills to communicate with arange ofstakeholders. ·Experience working with sensitive data within relevant policy, guidelines and legislative frameworks.Sound like something youre interested in Get in touch today for more information on or email
