Job Description

HR Business PartnerLocations: BirminghamSalary: £35,000 - £43,000 + benefitsLatham & Bond HR are working with an innovative and future-orientated educational authority that is looking to appoint an HR Business Partner. This role is in place to support the business in all matters of ER and lead on a variety of strategic projects. If you are an ambitious and driven HR Business Partner with a strong background in ER and want to be part of an energetic and passionate HR team, then this could be the right role for you!HR Business Partner responsibilities:

  • Leading on all employee relations cases, performance management to disciplinary and grievances. Ensuring that all ER matters are dealt with thoroughly and pragmatically
  • Develop influential working relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner on all people matters
  • Partner with business leaders to identify targeted, effective and sustainable HR solutions
  • Own the people lifecycle within your business area
  • Drive all areas of performance reviews and goal setting within your business area
  • Leading on organisation restructures as and when required
  • Leading and managing the policy review process
  • Using the appropriate data to identify trends and create interventions
  • Support business leaders to drive Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Experience & Qualifications:
  • Level 5 CIPD, or relevant qualification
  • End to end employee relations experience
  • Previous experience in Business Partnering with all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience of developing and reviewing employment policies and procedures
  • A commercial & professional mind-set that thrives on taking accountability
  • Ability to plan & prioritise workload autonomously
  • Excellent time management, project management & organisational skills
