SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a fantastic organisation within the local government sector. My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner to join their team. The roles main focus is recruitment, promoting the brandand finding the best ways to attract candidates to their roles, along with generalist HR - including ER, restructures, and organisation design. Salary: up to £53,000 + excellent benefits Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 - Hybrid working Requirements - Ownership of management responsibilities within the service area, consultation and negotiation with all stakeholders - Devise and implement creative, innovative solutions - Support in the motivation of leadership teams in the development of employees potential - Responsible for income generation or expenditure budgets and budget setting - Produce and present detailed reports - Hold regular performance management meetings to review performance and set objectives - Managing 2 direct reports within the recruitment team - Implementing solutions to attract talent using social media platforms - Identifying best recruitment methods based on role requirements - Establishing agency relationships - Coaching and guiding managers on employee relation matters Required - Previous experience of working within a complex environment, ideally public sector or local government - Working with Trade Unions - Generalist HR experience including talent management - Ability to influence key stakeholders -
