Job Description

Regional HR Advisor. Covering: Leicester, Birmingham, Swansea and Cardiff - Hybrid positionAs a Regional HR Advisor, youll play a crucial role in supporting the trainees and their managers with various HR tasks. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and rewards, youll be the go-to person. Youll work closely with Regional HRManagers to bring their people plan to life and align it their overall HR strategy.You will cover the Midlands and part of Wales(you can stay overnight if you wish!)You will not be on the road constantly, you will be based from home three days a week (after your probation) and collaborate with the other Regional HR Advisor who we introduced and is also loving the job! You will need to be seen for the first three monthsthrough building relationships and being that go to HR person!Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helpwith recruitment, including assisting at trainee assessment centres and supporting line managers during interviews. Plus, lets build strong relationships with local schools and universities!
  • Make sure new starters have a smooth onboarding experience. This means informing the relevant departments, ensuring necessary paperwork is complete, and providing support and guidance to managers to help new recruits settle in.
  • Support the performance management process by helping with administration, supporting managers with performance conversations, and keeping an eye on how the employees are doing across the region.
  • Take charge of the employee lifecycle by keeping files up to date, providing monthly reports, and assisting managers with leave requests.
  • Be the master of data analytics, helping us identify trends and prepare accurate reports.
  • Support engagement surveys and encourage participation. We want to hear from everyone!
  • Get involved in reward-related activities like promoting our firm-wide recognition tools and assisting with annual salary and bonus reviews.
  • Be a true team player by supporting the HR Manager with local people plans, exciting HR projects, and policy development.
  • Share your ideas to helpcontinuously improve the HR function and support the wider HR team.
  • Support the well-being and diversity and inclusion committees.
  • Youll get to travel between offices as needed. Probably 1 or 2 times a week.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experienced HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced HR coordination or advisory role. We would love someone who can handle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease!
  • While not essential, experience in a multi-site role would be great.
  • If youve worked in professional services, thats a bonus!
  • Were looking for someone whos ready to roll up their sleeves and assist when needed, even with routine tasks.
  • During very busy periods, theymight need you to put in some extra hours, so a willingness to go the extra mile is appreciated.
  • Having a CIPD Level 3 qualification would be ideal.
  • You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, because collaboration is key.
  • Strong organisational skills are a must, along with a knack for getting things done efficiently and accurately.
  • You should be comfortable using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They like theirspreadsheets!
  • Experience with databases and data analysis is something we would love you to have
  • Great communication is essential, so we expect you to be polite, helpful, and fluent in English.
