You will be supporting those who are at risk of homelessness, they may have been out on the street and sleeping rough, or those who are subject to drug and alcohol abuse. You will support individuals, deliveringperson centred support to service users, enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and to meet their immediate needs, enabling them to live a more sustainable and fulfilling life.Key Responsibilities
