Job Description

Hospitality and Conference Banqueting ManagerBerry Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting growing company in Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for a Hospitality Manager that has good experience in Conference and Banqueting to manage several on-site venue spaces.The manager must have:

  • A hands on attitude and be able to help with moving and setting up of dining areas and all operational banqueting needs.
  • Manage a team of at least 10 hospitality assistants ensuring all events are appropriately staffed.
  • Be mindful of profitability and cost of resources
  • Attend weekly planning meetings.
  • Day to Day Admin tasks
  • Liaise with Staff and Suppliers to ensure all relevant resources for all events are sourced and maintained.
