Program Manager - 12 Month Contract - £650-700 per day inside IR35 - Hybrid/Birmingham Overview:An exciting opportunity to join a multi-billion pound organisation within the transportation sector, you will be working on one of the largest projects in the UK to date. Our client is looking for an experienced organisational development program manager totake responsibility of advising the portfolio of transformation programmes, this includes shaping the overall transformation strategy and advising elements of the planning, scoping and delivery of programmes across the organisation. This is a 12 month contractpaying £650-700 per day inside IR35, hybrid working based out of their office in Birmingham. Role & Responsibilities:Oversee the portfolio of change programmes and supporting the Executive Leadership Team.Align the transformation plan with the overall corporate plan and deliverables. Support the implementation and management of the programme transition states through the management of Readiness programmes and associated governance.Establish and manage governance and control around transformation and change execution, driving decisions forward by establishing and managing relevant forums/Design Authorities and processes for escalating risk, managing dependencies and conflicts, enablingsuccessful delivery of projects and programmes.Anticipate programme needs based on a strong understanding of organisation transformation and business change, assessing business readiness for change and supporting effective transformational change delivery through portfolio management.Provide the strategy and direction for Transformation, as Business Change and Transformation capability owner for our client.Lead on the delivery of the Enterprise Capability programme on behalf of the HR Director.Hold functional work stream leads across the business to account for delivering their Enterprise Capability objectives. Accountable for tracking escalation points, key milestones, and time, cost quality, risks and safety targets.Essential Skills & Experience: Experience of establishing and managing systems and processes to enable and support achievement of business goals, and demanding targets/objectives.Experience of delivering projects with multiple work-streams to time, cost and quality requirementsExperience of engaging with and reporting to executive and senior stakeholders both internal and externalExperience of managing project and team budgetsUnderstanding of a complex multi-faceted business operationKnowledge of project management methodologies, best practice and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APMP etc.)Experience of organisational capabilitiesExperience of managing programme governance Knowledge of change management Package: £650-700 per day inside IR3512 month contract Hybrid Working/Birmingham
