Head of Operations.Food & Beverage FMCG Manufacturing.Birmingham.Circa £70,000 to £80,000.An excellent opportunity to take responsibility for an industry leading fast-paced manufacturing site. Managing a workforce of circa 100 across a 24/7 operation through a dedicated management team.We have been retained by this multi-site UK business to recruit a Head of Operations for their Birmingham manufacturing operation. The site has recently undergone significant investment and plans are in place for further development.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site leadership in a high-volume continuous production environment, a broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and a good understanding of lean methodologies.You will be an impressive people leader, capable of developing your management team to enhance their capabilities in delivering manufacturing excellence. This will be supported by your strong communication, engagement and collaboration skills.You must be results orientated, with a focus on achieving operational targets, and be able to make clear decisions in a pressurised environment.
