Job Description

Im currently seeking a Head of Lending Finance for UK Wealth and Personal BankingThis role is a key business and finance leadership position, focusing on business partnering, driving performance, and contributing to the formation of business strategy.Key Responsibilities of the Head of Finance

  • Key business and finance leadership role.
  • Strategic partner, driving execution towards business goals.
  • Responsible for finance stewardship, controllership governance, and oversight.
  • Provides strategic financial leadership on issues affecting the business.
  • Leads a team of Finance Business Partners.
  • Provides dedicated advisory services to Mortgage and Unsecured Lending business stakeholders in WPB UK.
Key Requirements for the Head of Finance
  • Treasury experience or experience managing an Asset book is preferable.
  • Ability to bring numbers to life and "tell a story."
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded.
  • Experience managing, engaging, leading, and motivating a team.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
