Job Description

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Facilities Management to join a Leading Law Firm based in Birmingham City Centre.

  • Overall all Property & Facilities management for the offices
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety needs are met
  • Working with the offices both in the UK and internationally to provide support and guidance on facilities management, space occupancy, property acquisitions, disposals, and appraisals
  • Lead the successful implementation of the policies and processes
  • Manage all suppliers, contracts and tenancy’s of the UK offices
  • Must have experience in a high level Facilities Manager role
  • Experience working in Professional Services / Law Firm / Financial Services
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • A commercial and technical problem solver
  • Professional qualifications in Facilities Management
