Job Description

Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for this Group Revenue Manager position based in west Birmingham. This is a key leadership role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to truly own a function and drive performanceof the business.The business is a recognisable brand with ample opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career and be involved in a variety of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Group Revenue Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Takes full responsibility of the annual fee uplift process from setting the initial pricing targets and liaising with operational colleagues to ensure objectives are aligned
  • Communicate and negotiate with customers during the fee uplift process
  • Visit services to understand all aspects of our business in order to facilitate conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critically evaluate to develop and implement improvements to current processes and reporting, streamlining and automating the processes where necessary
  • Develop a low fee review process to ensure all historical packages are sustainable
  • Report and present on annual targets to senior colleagues including the board
  • Manage and work with other members of commercial fee team to ensure all customer fee templates are completed accurately and prioritised accordingly
  • Oversight of the costing models, periodically reviewing to ensure key assumptions are maintained and relevant, adjusting for any market or business developments
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Key RequirementsThe successful candidate for this Group Revenue Manager position will possess the following:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with responsibilities in both commercial finance and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in accountancy, economics or business.
