Group Head of Health, Safety and EnvironmentLocation: Birmingham, with hybrid workingPackage: £65-85k with solid benefits, to include private health & dental, profit share, life insurance.Were working on behalf of a Property Management service provider who focus on the safety, efficiency and sustainability of their managed buildings. This is a new role, on a national basis and sitting in the group function, were looking for someone to basefrom the Central Birmingham office but with flexible working being in place.A strategy based position, and youll be leading the HSE team to implement improvements across the client commercial real estate portfolios and work with fellow stakeholders across FM and building standards that will help to maintain the ongoing growth ofthe business.The company are ethically driven and hold B-Corp status, so are keen on practising what they preach and thats a passion you are going to need to share.What is in place at the moment, how can that be improved and then implement the new plan across the UK - thats the high level remit.Your background:A national leader in HSE, from the commercial property sector who has a passion for sustainability and ideally, CMIOSH (Or equivalent) IEMA practitioner and a solid knowledge at audit and implement level of ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and 22301.Youll need to be within range of Birmingham and while youll be given the flexibility to manage your own week, reality is youll spend some time in the office, some WFH and then some at the regional locations across the UK - but common sense will be usedalongside business reasoning.
