Job Description

Graphic DesignerBirminghamUp to £32,000Hybrid WorkingAre you a talented Graphic Designer whos looking to work in a creative environment with a thriving business Then we want to hear from you!Were excited to be partnered with a leading retail business who are on the lookout for an innovative Graphic Designer! Youll be delivering creative designs for both print and digital and your expertise will help shape how creative is used in the business.The Graphic Designer:

  • Design and implement digital design, including website graphics, content illustrations, stills for paid and organic ads and more
  • Build campaign identities and have creative design input in forming the brand strategy
  • Support Senior Creative in designing packaging, graphics, typography, illustration and layout
  • Stay up to date with key trends to offer fresh ideas!
  • Convert ideas and briefs into impactful experiences for the community and beyond
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to deliver printed materials
  • Create visual aspects of print from ideation to design, to a high quality and carrying out any necessary touch ups
The Successful Candidate:
  • Previous experience working in an agency or for an established brand
  • Strong technical skills and experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with print and digital graphic design
  • A great problem solver with the ability to take a hands-on approach to tasks
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
  • Have a fresh perspective and contribute your viewpoints - challenging the status quo when necessary
