Our Client is a highly successful IT consultancy, software vendor and data analytics specialist - a frontline partner to the major flagship brands. The firm is headquartered in the UK, with an expanding global operating network and a clientlist which includes blue chip and FTSE100 organisations.The Role:The company now seeks an entrepreneurial and dynamic marketer to develop the UK & EMEA proposition, thereby further unlocking its rich potential. The next stage of growth will be built around digital marketing, lead-generation,partner/affiliate activities and building the profile of a brand which can become the next rising star of tech sector. The position reports to board level and will occupy a key position in the management team, as reflected by the substantial career opportunityon offer. The initial remit will involve growing and managing the support team, reviewing agency/supplier relationships, re-defining the proposition and key sales messages, overhauling digital marketing and plotting routes to market for each of the companysgrowing list of international territories.The Ideal Candidate will be an agile, versatile and commercially focused marketer with an appetite for owning a proposition and helping it grow into something spectacular. Brochures and brollies are not the crux of this job but digital pipelinegeneration and building a leading international brand most certainly are.To be considered you are likely to be the holder of a strong marketing/business/management degree, (or CIM Diploma or MBA) who can demonstrate solid proposition-based achievement, ideally (but not necessarily) within a robust IT, FinTech or consultancy company.Strong candidates with a proven marketing pedigree in other sectors will also be considered on merit, as will ambitious ADs from digital marketing agencies who have appropriate client sector experience.The role is Midlands-based but after an initial period of mainly office-based collaboration with senior colleagues can become partly WFH if desired. Occasional international travel to Europe, the Middle East, USA and Asia will be necessary.The position carries attractive remuneration (possibly negotiable for the right candidate), a bonus scheme and competitive benefits package.To Apply respond below.
