As our Global Account Manager you will be the interface between JLR & AM and our global manufacturing sites anddesign teams.You will be managing a team of Account Managers and the Sales Support Specialist teams. You will manage the entire commercial relationship, oversee all sales, program and project development activities and develop the account business on global basis to achievethe objectives of the Strategic Business Plan including sales, margin, tooling invoicing, cash flow, time to market and services to the customer.Reporting to our VP Global Accounts you will be a key player in a matrix structure with a primary focus on delivering strong sales performance and enhancing profitability within this account. We are the major supplier in our sector within JLR so your role willbe to continue and develop our close relationship and escalate any issues to board level and rectify on behalf of both parties.Key Duties will include:· Formulate and ensure global account strategy in alignment with the BUs · Develop and strengthen the customer network on a global basis · Identify customer trends and anticipate market and customer needs · Global Account Sales KPIs Achievement · Global Customer Sustainable Sales Growth (Profitable) · Global Customer Portfolio Management (YoY Profit Maintenance) · Global Pricing Strategy Alignment and Global RFQ ManagementExperience required:We would be delighted to receive applications from experienced Global Account Directors / Managers who have: · International Account Management with a major Automotive OEM, especially JLR · Team management and leadership experience · Specialised experience of the international automotive industry including Audits, NPD, Application and Design · International pricing policy and global marketing · Very good rhetorical and negotiation skills (ability to convince and reach agreement) and deliver the promiseYou will be:· Self-motivated, able to work off their own initiative and be the Key Lead Champion for our organisation within JLR. · Degree qualified preferably in a relevant engineering discipline · Highly analytical, data driven and proactive with sound decision making ability, able to demonstrate a good understanding of the markets that we operate in.It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Automotive, JLR, Ford, OEM, Account Manager, Account Director, Applications Manager,Project Manager, Sales Manager,KeyAccount ManagerINTERESTED Please click apply.
