Career Teachers are currently working in partnership with a secondary school based in North Birmingham who are seeking to appoint a qualified secondary teacher, responsible for teaching Geography to mixed ability groups of pupils aged 11 to 18 years (Keystage 3, 4 and 5).This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Career Teachers (NQTs) at the beginning of their teaching career journey as well as Recently Qualified Teachers (RQTs) and experienced Teachers who are looking to further their career.This Outstanding Ofsted rated secondary school is committed to engaging and inspiring pupils to achieve beyond their potential in an inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time position to start immediately on a temporary basis. You will be required to plan, deliver, assess, and mark work. You willhave the opportunity to contribute to an exciting curriculum, which will help motivate students to achieve beyond their potential.To be successful for this role, you will have excellent subject knowledge of geography at KS3, 4 and 5and hold qualified teacher status (QTS / QTLS).
