Our client is a multi- award-winning music venue & community pub with two live music / club rooms, main front bar and saloon bar located in Kings Heath, Birmingham. The team that run the venue also promote a large variety of shows in other venues around Birmingham.Applicants should have experience at running hospitality venues at management level and have a passion for music. As the leader of the team you will be responsible for creating a welcoming culture for customers, artists, promoters and of course our wonderful employees! You will oversee all aspects of the management of the business including recruitment, training and development of the team and controlling all costs.We are looking for a manager who can drive wet sales in the business, think outside the box and really push this already successful business to the next level. The successful applicant should be driven and creatively minded with an ability to make things happen.
