As well as the impressive fresh food, the venue also has an extensive cocktail menu. This place is busy with a fun, lively atmosphere and banging tunes. They are looking fora General Manager who can lead and inspire the friendly front-of-house team with a focus on the guest experience. This role would suit a current Assistant or Deputy GM or Restaurant Manager of a branded restaurant, looking to step up into their first GeneralManagement position.What is our client looking for in the General Manager• Experience of working in a similar position within a high-quality bar or restaurant• A strong background in food and beverage operations is essential• Experience of managing a team• Someone with a passion for Cocktails• Bags of personality and enthusiasm • A calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first-class food offering• Someone willing to role up their sleeves to ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards
