Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Birmingham that is offering hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as General Insurance Advisorin the Renewals team.Summary To deliver outstanding service and a positive customer journey within the General Insurance departmentDuties & Respnsibilities

  • Handling calls from new and existing customers ensuring all customer requests/queries/changes are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Providing tailored advice to renew motor/home/travel Insurance via inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure all customer documentation is sent accurately and to a quality standard
  • Updating customer database ensuring excellent levels of attention to detail
Skills and experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous insurance experience preferably within Motor, Home and Travel Insurance
  • The ability to work in a targeted environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and well-spoken telephone manner
